Single digit lock on 1 in R1C5, R3C5: naked single R3C6 8, hidden singles R3C4 7, R1C7.
Double digit scan for [5,9] in R1, R2 and C7 creates Cycle (5,9) in R3.
With single digit lock on 6 in R1C1, R1C3 in R1, hidden single R4C7 6, naked single R1C9 8, hidden single R5C7 8, naked single R9C7 1.
