At this level of the game, completing the game is not difficult, but you may keep one more objective of improving upon our solution steps in total count of rows and columns scanned.
More important is the fact that in solving the easy Sudoku beginners games, we haven't used any other more sophisticated Sudoku techniques than strategic row column scan and valid cell by exception.
This is the hallmark of easy Sudoku games at level 1.
